Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at contact@tcgcanucks.ca. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the damage.
If the parcel itself shows signs of damage upon delivery, please document it thoroughly. This will help us in filing a claim with the carrier.
We are happy to offer an exchange, return, or partial refund for any items that are confirmed to be damaged.
Please note: Minor cosmetic imperfections—such as scuffing, tearing, or dents on sealed Trading Card Game products—that do not affect the integrity or quality of the contents may not qualify for reimbursement. These cases will be reviewed individually for approval.

Product Availability
- All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock or oversold at the time of order placement, we will make every effort to contact you and remove the item from your order. Should this adjustment result in your order total falling below the minimum threshold for free shipping, we will still proceed with shipping the remaining items at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. This pertains to and is not limited to "buyouts" and other orders involving the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential adjustment.

TCG Canucks Card Condition Guide
Near Mint (NM)
Near Mint cards should exhibit minimal to no signs of wear, though they may display some minor imperfections. These cards typically range from "Mint" to "Near Mint" and should appear as though they have just come from the pack, with little to no evidence of play. Some examples of permissible minor imperfections on a Near Mint card include:
- A few light nicks or dings
- Subtle edge wear
- Slight corner wear
- Minor scratches or scuffs
- Other minimal imperfections
- Card curling that does not compromise the structural integrity of the card or results in any damage to the card.
If a card exhibits too many imperfections, it will be reclassified as Slightly Played.
Near Mint foil cards should also show minimal to no wear, with little to no clouding, scratches, or scuffs visible on the front surface of the card.
Slightly Played (SP)
Slightly Played cards may exhibit minor wear and imperfections similar to those found on Near Mint cards, but with more noticeable signs of play. These cards may also have minor scratches or scuffs on both the front and back due to play wear. No further imperfections are typically associated with this category.
Foil cards in Slightly Played condition may show minimal wear and could have slight clouding, scratches, or scuffs on both the front and back due to play wear.
Signed and stamped cards are generally classified as Slightly Played at best, prior to considering their specific condition.
Moderately Played (MP)
Moderately Played cards exhibit more noticeable wear and a greater number of imperfections compared to Slightly Played cards. These cards may feature moderate scratches and scuffs on both the front and back due to play wear. Additional imperfections that can be present on a Moderately Played card include:
- Binder dents
- Minor shuffle creases
- Light dirt accumulation
- Minor to moderate impressions
- Clouding
Heavily Played (HP)
Heavily Played cards show significant wear and more pronounced imperfections compared to Moderately Played cards. These cards may display extensive signs of use, including:
- Significant whitening on the back
- Minor to moderate creases from folding
Heavily Played cards may not be tournament-legal, even when sleeved, due to the extent of the wear and damage to the card.
Damaged (DMG)
Damaged cards exhibit extreme wear and substantial imperfections that surpass those found in Heavily Played cards. Examples of additional damage on a Damaged card include:
- Tears
- Extreme creases from folding
- Severe whitening on the front or back
- Liquid or other markings
- Significant dirt accumulation
Damaged and Unacceptable Items
We may not purchase cards with excessive wear or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions:
- Liquid Damage
- Inking or other markings
- Peeling or splitting
- Cuts or tears
- Extreme edge and corner wear
- Extreme creases
- Severe front surface scratches
* TCG Canucks reserves the right to assess and determine the condition of the card in accordance with our established standards.
